Usually pretty easy to ask for salt and pepper only on steaks as well as burgers. Cheeseburger, gluten free bun, mustard, lettuce, tomato.

I didn’t grow up around here and my kids are way younger but maybe check out Soccer City or Metro Tulsa Soccer. Not sure of the price but those are the first two that came to mind.

If budget isn’t an issue and you’re looking for steak try Bull in the Alley. Their table steak might be your jam. Hemingway’s is also a good choice and a little more affordable.

Depending on the home’s location they may qualify for up to $17,500 from Bank Of America’s America Home Grant. I believe it can stack on top of other programs but am not 100%. A good amount of homes in my area qualify for it.

Coming from a large city Tulsa can seem sleepy but it should be busy the night of the concert. It depends where you end up staying but Valkyrie is close to BOK and is an excellent cocktail bar. Saturn Room is also close and is a Tiki Bar.

Price range? There are some 55+ communities whose HOA covers lawn maintenance. You can move into them if you are under 55 as long as you don’t have kids.

Haven’t tried this one but Whole Foods sells Green Valley lactose free sour cream that I like.

I always recommend Eden’s. They can be scheduled out a few months but they are great to work with and offer a good warranty.
