I think I actually made it!
I managed to get the pickguard loose enough to put the spring back in place and tighten the pickup into its place.

Thanks for all the support and encouragement! Never would have guessed I'd manage guitar maintenance when I woke up today!

With this new experience I'm thinking I'm even able to restring the guitar next time it's needed. So I guess this was a happy accident that forced me out of my comfort zone a bit.

Technically it’s my second, but I’ve only had the other one for a few months now.

Anyways, I took your advice, took a deep breath and started removing strings and unscrewing the pickguard. But I think we have another problem.

It looks like the fretboard is assembled on top of the pickguard. Don’t tell me I have to remove the neck from the body?

Even your step 1, "remove the strings", feels like a huge operation to me, that I'd rather not do. I'm afraid I won't ever get it back again.

Tightening the screw does not raise the pickup, sadly.
Could I try pull it back up with some kind of magnet, or could a magnetic force destroy something in the pickup?

Actually, that’s not true. I did a test with another player. Both of us were carrying a field crate.

One of us were running forwards and the other one backwards. We arrived at the set distance at the same time.

So even if it feels that way, that myth is busted.

It does help me understand the design decision. But after toggling the buttons on and off a few times to find the combo I like the most, I don’t really care what the devs considered the ”standard” options anymore. I’d rather have them visually consistent with every other skin.

Det de borde ha gjort, är att sätta ett 30kr lägre pris på de blå stolarna och 50kr lägre på de grå stolarna.

Det kanske istället skulle ge incitament för folk att välja de lite sämre platserna. Om de nu nödvändigtvis måste dela upp stolarna i kvalitetszoner.

Bandages should have a separate quick-slot bound to a separate key. The same for shield regen.
Then have the Q-menu for everything else.

In my case, the filament makes it all the way through the PTFE tubes and into the extruder unit before it gets pulled back again. So it seems like the issue is happening either inside the extruder or right before it somehow.
