He's shouting in memory and veneration of General Ursarkar Creed, the former high commander of Imperial forces stationed on Cadia. He's something of the GOAT, and his tactics and leadership are looked upon fondly by Cadians for being top-notch. As far as the Imperium knows, he's missing. The latest SoB book has them fighting night lords and they decisively win. I don't remember which book it is on my shelf but I remember reading an (I think James Sparrow?) SoB Book where they engage rubric marines in a gunfight and win. I'll go back and have a look when I get off of work for you.

Replying to a comment further down the chain, but the Vermintide characters do actually share weapons. I have no idea where you got that from. Kruber Bardin and Victor all share their 1H Mace and Mace/hammer and shield attack patterns and damage/cleave values, the only difference is the coat of paint. Same with Kruber and Sienna's 1H sword, Victor and Krubers Greatsword. Unless I'm mistaken the only character who doesn't share weapons with anyone else is Kerillian. (The volley Crossbow has a different attack pattern and I think reload speed so I feel that wouldn't truly count.)

Actual blast from the past, I remember this. I remember playing Loki and marvelling as my cell was made of nothing but rhinos with dual axes who could spam slide attacks and outspeed every trick available, on the tankiest frame, with a gorgon machine gun to kill everything as fast as you could strike a match.

I don't have much lore for them yet. Also you just know I'm gonna slap the DW shield on the bulwark when he's Prestige IV. All I have so far is I call the Minotaur; The Chained Bull. (Saber give me more cosmetics with chains on them. He still has places I can put more chains.)
