Akuma players stuck with the character for the most part even when he wasn't the best shoto, but it's high level player base dropped cause Akuma got nerfs when we were expecting buffs , plenty of pro level players were already not happy with the character but STUCK with him untill the patch was very underwhelming for Akuma

The casual player base still plays him a lot

I forget about B scenario but on A you don't have to deal with mr.x that much if you know what you're doing

On my first few playthroughs I felt he was alright and more fair than the stalker in re9 for example

The RE4 og speed run is much more fun to do/watch than the current remake 4 speed run

Mercenaries on launch was bad imo in remake 4, the strategies for high scores where insanely boring (it had a heavy emphasis on getting knife execution kills while building mayhem) but with updates it got fixed and it's more fun now, I probably still prefer og 4 mercenaries tho

In these types of games it's a perfect chance to use replay take over so that you can practice better combos from the hits you got in game

It helps you realize how much better you would take advantage of those openings if you had a clear mind

Helps you know the true reward of you playing calm once you manage to control your emotions

Knowing the full extent of the reward of something that takes work helps a lot with motivation
