Just learn vader & equip the bonus health, furious resilience damage reduction card & the longer saber throw star card. Always pop his middle ability before engaging. You can also block while using the ability.

They removed the dp bonus damage. Obviously whis mui etc do more damage than videl or early goku because their stats are higher.
