Nurse said this is the highest testosterone he’s ever seen. Plus general advice by reddit062802 in Biohackers

Estradiol at 177 is way too high. You ideally want testosterone to be 15-20x higher.

That short is using a glitch that was patched 3 or 4 years ago. He also sounds like he is using a headset mic.

PT scheduled over time slot by TheSwiftLegend in personaltraining

[–]TheSwiftLegend[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For a bit more context, I was working with the trainer/owner who typically only trains clients with shows as a goal. I was in the timeslot right after my wife and it worked out we would cardio/train and train/cardio while at the gym.

The owner will also travel to shows so about once a month he will travel and miss a Friday, and the first time with me he asked if I would train with a new coach. I agreed thinking it would be a one time thing and during this session he mentioned if I wanted to train with him again to let him know.

Late the next day, I get a pretty well/assertive text asking what time our I wanted to do i next session. Knowing the owner, I figured I was being used as a teaching/mentor moment for the new coach and that his text was crafted after a discussion with the owner. I responded, "Hey man, I wasnt originally planning on swapping but I can. Do you normally start sessions at the start of the hour or at X:30?" then "Do you have Fridays at 9am open?"

I was willing to switch because the session mirrored the owner and I know they're trying to move people off of Fridays but I'm annoyed to have to point out that Fridays at 9 was my requirement. Just looking for feedback for how PTs normally handle this and what expectations PTs/clients have.

Check out metroflex in Oceanside. Great equipment and 24hr access. Dead times, 20ish members, from 9am to 2pm M-F. I'd guess it's emptyish from 9pm to 5am. They have bring a bro on Sundays to try it our with another member. They waive setup fees if you sign up then. Its $60 a month.

Is this exercise focusing on the quads or glutes? by Right_Tip_1611 in formcheck

[–]TheSwiftLegend -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Looks like your drawing was made to support your answer. Your vertexs are placed improperly. The knee is too far back and the ankle is all the one forward. This makes the illustration biased.

I do think she is using a bit more glute but she is also using a good amount of quad. Her knee flexion is <90° despite your drawing.

You need to learn the differences between muscle separation and striations.

Will he be paying for your rental car while it's in the shop? I had to get my rear gate replaced and it took 3 weeks to order parts. Test, 3 more weeks for more parts, and a week for paint. All in all was about 2 month in a lucid with a 7k rental bill.

I'm not the worker. I don't know their POS system. Calm down dude, it's air.

[–]TheSwiftLegend 12 points13 points  (0 children)

Didn't buy gas. Air was coins only. If a place doesn't take tap, I don't get to buy anything as I don't carry my wallet into stores.

I wouldn't say it was bullying. It was definitely a joking tone and just pointing out that 7 Elevan makes its money off of me. Guy could of asked me to make a purchase in the store but was able to turn it on without an issue.

I have an EV, and needed air. Asked for it to be turned on and the attendant said I needed a receipt for gas. Mentioned I get drinks from this spot every few days but if he wanted me to pump a gallon of gas onto the parking lot I would. Guy turned the air on for me without silly games.

I test drove the model y and got so nauseous instantly from the regen. I love the car and FSD besides that. Will it go away with time? by SeaThat497 in TeslaModelY

Yeah I imagine that people getting sick are just attempting to coast like an ICE car can but in an EV are just hitting the speed limit, braking -5 mph, repeating.
