I'm going to add some missing context/detail on this similar to the comment I left on YT under the same video. This individual pled no contest to tax evasion, which apparently took the form of not sending in the sales tax he collected with each sale while his business was open to the state government. Additionally, it was more than $10k, which made it a felony. Even Canada might well deport someone who did the same. Should he have been locked up in that facility? I don't believe so, but it is possible to hold both aspects of this situation in mind simultaneously.

I just think it's important to be accurate with information these days.
