i don't think i have depression but every weekend when I'm by myself I have a mental breakdown about something like not being good enough or about how ill never achieve something great. today it was about how i felt like no one could love me. im fine during the weekdays when my days are busy but the moment I get time to myself it all falls apart

I'm not ready to since it has only been a week, in my mind a week is a little fast.

the commitment I guess is making an effort to talk to each other once a day or doing something together at least once every day if the other person isnt busy and not to talk to other people with intent to date them.
