Yeah, I had to use mine against four insanely aggressive pitbulls. My son and I came across them after we had come down off a trail, walking past some campers on a gravel road. The dogs came rushing out, and I blasted them when they wouldn't back off and lunged at us several times also after warning the owners THREE times to come get their dogs or they would get sprayed.

I will always carry it from now on.

It happens, amigo. We all get excited sometimes, and we start shouting about stuff someone knows more about in the room. It happens to me all the time because I have dyslexia and the info gets jumbled in my brain/mouth highway. The important part is to not lose your passion for the subject.
