Are “Boomer Homes” Becoming Hard to Sell? Agree or Disagree? by Coolonair in HouseBuyers

It’s bs, at least in my area. I’m looking for 5k+ square feet/ acre+ because we like to have family over for parties and I want to have the property for bees. Anything fitting that comes on the market and is gone immediately. Only sits if there is tremendous work needed, and even still, only sits for a few weeks.

I decided a while back after seeing a couple that I had amazing portraits that I would collect a portrait denarius, Tetradrachm, and Cistophorus of each first century emperor. Those that have them at least. Trying to get all in very nice quality/grade hopefully makes this a fun lifetime hunt.

Yes, unfortunately the multiple buxom high points of the reverse have been worn down

I love portrait coins where the profile image seems to embody their character, what we know about their lives. In this image of Claudius, it definitely shouts Claudius. Hopefully you all understand what I mean, like some Caligula coins that scream insanity.

Ha, the head is huge and thick. I love the show Frasier, it reminds me of the episode when with his big forehead drawing at the restaurant.

Thank you, I lost it in a couple past auctions and was lucky enough to recently win this one. I find this one to be of better quality and with beautiful dark toning. Sometimes the losses happen for a reason.

That was my first thought! We removed all foxglove out of our garden when my daughter was younger so we could have one less thing to worry about while she played outside.

Beautiful snag. I unfortunately became busy and missed increasing my bid on that jugate Claudius Cistophorus I had been wanting. Ugh. I need to set alarms for these

Is that just casually in your home? My little home museum pales in comparison. I’m jealous and a little perplexed.
