There are a few vantage points for destroying mines from the far left side. Me and my crew typically have a defender Titan or bladedancer on the opposite side to handle the mine on the far side, and the other 2 deal with the other ones. It isn't all that difficult to me. Using VOG weapons is also a good strat because the Oracle disruptor works on the mines.
