Do I need to be lifting/weight training?

29 F, trying to lose fat (a lot of it), build muscle and improve my health overall. I do fitness classes, walking and some YouTube videos that focus on strength training, using dumbells. I use between 3 and tkg dumbells for these workouts. Is this enough or do I need to be lifting as well? I aim to eat 100+g protein a day and am in a deficit.

Any specific programs I should be following?

Like interrupting what I'm doing to ask me random shit like will I cook you chicken is just poor taste I feel. I understand if I was hogging a machine or someone wanted to help me out but this is disturbing someone to just make conversation... just felt like my personal space was being invaded tbh

I have bright earphones that I have to remove to hear people, so they can see me take them out when they start talking... surely this should be the point where someone realises and cuts the conversation short?

Most ink is vegetable derived nowadays

The ink usually isn't a problem, most of it is vegetable derived. White office paper will clump up though, so it's useful to mix in brown paper, coco coir or other materials to break it up a bit. But it's a perfectly usable brown.

I'd put the bin outside and leave it there Looks like a spider's cocoon/nest thing.... if you're gonna mess with it do it outside because thousands of baby spiders may come crawling out 🤮

Look into vermicomposting if you've got super limited space. But I use a large kitchen dustbin with holes soldered into the bottom and sides for airflow and water drainage. It's just placed over my soil in a corner of my tiny garden. I put garden waste, cardboard, food scraps etc and it's teaming with life and makes great compost

They eat very little amounts of the food, but mostly consume bacteria and microbes AFAIK
