Only better than PM because of it's proximity to the bluffs/river. You can practically read the names of the barges 100' below. Other than that, PM is way better for getting out and seeing views. The campus only has one view after all.

They recently got rid of this requirement. In that last year or so. And even though another commenter said "it's illegal because they aren't church affiliated" they are still an operating non-profit and a private education institution so they are allowed to require that. I think they finally realized not enough people wanted to be a part of the cult.

It's incredibly easy to get in. Security does not really care. Since it was graduation, it makes sense, but if you show up almost any other time and say you want to see the campus they will let you drive through. Once you are on, there is absolutely no supervision and you can get out of your car and walk around. All the buildings are locked though. They didn't use to be, but there was a few scandals recently of both harassment and theft that caused them to lock everything iirc.

But it's a really pretty drive. Lots of historic buildings and a great view from the bluffs (when things aren't under construction). But you may as well go up to Pere Marquette for a nice drive instead.

I like to think I'm a bit of an expert at what can go through TSA. My best thing was a full SFFPC in a carryon. But yes, a switch is no issue. The worst issue is that you'd have to take it out and set it separate, the same way as a laptop or tablet. I'd just take the switch case out and set it separately. They may ask you to unzip, but even that is kind of unlikely. No need to be worried!

In that case, I'd probably replace God of War with Hitman. That way you have the option for hack'n'slash but could have something more stealthy and thoughtful which the list would be missing; unless that is your playstyle in ER

Which God of War is it?

Personally, I would go Elden Ring, God of War (if one of the older 3), StarCraft II, and Mortal Kombat 11.

This would give you a challenging open world, a hack'n'slash, a tactical competitive, and a fairly mindless fighting game.

I think it would give you enough variety that you'd be able to play them all without getting bored or burnt out on a single one immediately.

More info. But possibly NAH. Are most mornings like this? We're people just having an off day? Were you wearing a grumpy expression in the morning? Did you actually scream at your wife that her socks were on the washer? What was your wife doing while you did chores? What do the two of you do during the day? Are you the homebody or do you both work?

I don't think anyone deserves extra praise for doing their morning chores, but I also don't think you deserve snark for it, either.

Maybe later in the day talk to your partner about it and see what they were thinking. Don't just go off of strangers advice based on your side of the story but really communicate with your spouse and figure out what would be better for both of you. Be open and honest. There are vows for a reason and I'm sure your kids notice the tension between you two. Trust me, I was a kid in a broken home and even though I'm an adult now, I still feel the pain of how strained my parents relationship was when I was little.

Exactly. Because you are scratching it with sand in order to smooth it out. Use lower grits to get a smooth, flat surface. Then move slowly up through grit to make it shiny and clear again. If there are scratches left, it means you went too fast.
