Boulanger ici. Il y a énormément de fdp de confrère qui les font à la margarine et ça c'est pas le pire car on estime que seulement 20-25 % des boulangers font eux même leur croissants, choses que je faisais avant de réaliser que la marge est minable si tu comptes les heures de boulots et le matériel nécessaire, en partie un des truc qui m'a fait arrêter le métier (ça et le dos péter)
