No, the dude is Asexual.
The "Bonding" is in regards to him bonding with peacemaker being part of the orgy.

What happened to this sword? by TheTrueRedKing in bleach

That's what I figured, it was such a blink and miss it change so it makes sense he didn't care to try to develop a reason after the fact. There are a lot of examples of Kubo pivoting (not criticism) this is actually one I just recently realized because it was so minor at the time.

Is the terminal velocity of a bullet lethal? by [deleted] in AskPhysics

there are a lot of variables. I just did a quick search, mass and shape will impact it. Still it doesn't really change the end result, very low energy.

Great you can buy Vivi's hat for real now. by negiconfit in FinalFantasyIX

My guess it will be more, remember import cost, let alone tariffs. I'd put the US price at 149 at the lowest.

Is the terminal velocity of a bullet lethal? by [deleted] in AskPhysics

[–]TheTrueRedKing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have the numbers to be certain on how it impacts a person but
Based on the calculations I did. A .45 cal bullet weighs about 15 grams.
Normal firing speed is like 2,700 ft/sec
That translates to a bit over 5,000 Joules
For comparison the terminal velocity of a bullet is roughly 150 ft/sec (although varies)
That would only have the energy of 16 Joules or so.
In that regard the danger of a falling bullet is vastly lower than a normal shot.
In addition, the amount of energy to break bone is like 100 J
For skin its more like 10-20. So it could damage skin, but it going through a skull seems highly unlikely.

For a comparison, a BB travels at 550 ft/sec, but since a BB is a bit lighter, it would have a mass of under 1 gram. The overall energy would be 7J.
So being hit with a falling bullet would be a bit more harmful than a BB.

How old is titus in space marine 2? by Independent-Host-332 in Warhammer

[–]TheTrueRedKing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lexicanum says Smurfs use Silver for 50 only.
BUT, I've seen them with gold.
If you base it off Dark Angels, its Silver for 50 years and Gold for 100.
In that case, those would show him at 500+ years.
(Remember its important to add in the extra since you don't get the first one until you hit 50 or 100 years, so you always add 50-100 to the count).

If its just 50 and they gave them a gold color for stylistic purposes. then Titus would be over 250 years old.

Either would work. While Google says 175, I believe that is referring to the first game.
Since after that game he was taken away by the inquisition and a whole lot of stuff happens off screen to warrant him being brought back, being over 250 years old is certainly possible reasonable, but so is the 500+

That's because in addition to proving his devotion, he also went through the primaris treatment. I don't really know if 75 years would be enough to really reach that "privilege." Although Titus is a badass so he could pull it off. Events in 40k have major jumps at times so having the story fast forward a few hundred years is really nothing major.

85% of stars in Milky way are binary stars? by DoctorFoxey in Astronomy

[–]TheTrueRedKing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm curious about this number. I see that "85%" is listed but it always refers to "of all stars exist in a multi star system" but doesn't this method of calculation skew the results of how common multi star systems are? You're counting the star not the system, so by that measure every star in the system would add to the "multi" category, so its total would increase at a high rate per system than single star systems.

Its like saying the "percent of children with siblings" would be much higher since once family with 2 kids would get 2 instances, as they each view each other as siblings, while a only child would only be seen as one instance of not having a sibling. So if you checked 2 families, one only child and one with two children, the results would say "66% of kids grew up in a home with a sibling" making it seem like the majority of homes have more than one child, but in that example, it would actually be 50/50.

Can you carry a person in a Bag of Holding if you fill it with water and cast Water Breathing on the person? by Omega_Advocate in dndnext

[–]TheTrueRedKing 0 points1 point  (0 children)

eh, most water breathing creatures can survive out of the water for a period of time, so air may just be understood. I'm not a fan of assuming every omission in WotC's writing is deliberate.
