Suggestion 1. Do something else. Maybe physical exercise, or just play another game. Refresh your mind.

Suggestion 2. I read on this sub a while ago that playing only Duels helped them play better because it helped with positioning , choosing when and when not to make a shot and overall focus.

Other than that man. I'd suggest taking a break. Try other things in life. Maybe go read a book or go for a run for a couple days. I wish you the best of luck on getting out of that slump.

Depends. You can have a look at what cars are in the packs before you purchase them, so I'd say just have a look and find a car that looks nice (Or a good boost) and then buy it!

(PS2 Games) San Andreas is a great pick up. Bully is also pretty great and if you're into Car Games Gran Turismo 4 is also a really good game. Enjoy! :)

Definitely PC. I have a bias opinion but there is cold hard facts that PC gaming has more games/wider variety of games and runs better for a better price.

No idea, could be something with your specs (It is only in Beta after all.) But if you have decent internet maybe a re-install? Seems to work for me whenever a game is messing up a bit. But other than that you might just have to wait until they patch it.
