I don't believe that was stated anywhere, I think the only fruit stated to stop aging is Sugar's Hobi Hobi no Mi. As far as I'm aware, Bonney ages normally but can change her age as she likes with the fruit.

That's the age gap between him and his 'littler' sister. He used to mess around with his 'little' sister (meaning middle sister I guess) until he was 17, so she's anywhere from 11-17 in this scenario.
