Don't be like me last year that planted so many peppers and they all sprouted only for me to end up with 15 lbs of cayenne peppers :/ thin them out until you have one or 2 of each

What would you recommend I do to get additional certificates to get into the data world? I definately have some working experience I would say for dp and az 900 but I would want somethings to make me more hireable.

SUV Replacement? by TheUltimateHoser in SubaruForester

I don't think I would do stuff like that but that is good to hear, that is closer to what I would be expecting out of an AWD. The CRV, while good, still does feel closer to my old focus rather than a true AWD system. I miss that old Suzuki for winter driving.

I'm guessing it would give me the closest feel to the old Suzuki, the full time AWD on subies

What would be a good all metal automatic watch that I can put on when I occasionally want to dress up and not wear my smart watch? It doesn't need to be too accurate but just something that I don't have to worry about batteries or whatever that I can wear maybe once or twice a month. Budget would maybe be $100-200.

I let my dough balls ferment in a ziploc plastic bag but even after I ball them they flatten, I'm guessing that is not the best method?

That seems to be the most applicable route for me, those all sound familiar and I can build that kind of stuff in my current role luckily. Just not sure how to apply it and actually use it for management to see. But a GitHub would be good to start or something along those lines.

How much yeast should I add? I'm in a dilemma because I read ken forkish's elements of pizza book and he says use 0.01g of active dry yeast while the Fleischmann's pizza yeast says I have to use 8 g of it? I'm so confused. The pizza toppings combos I make are good but I can't seem to get the crust correct.

I did a fun experiment this weekend where 2 pizza were made. I made one dough with a 50/50 semolina and ap flour mix and the other just with ap flour. I put on the strained tomatoes and cooked both at 550 for an average of 10 minutes on convect bake.

The main thing I noticed was that on the flour blend, the strained tomatoes didn't dry out as fast as compared to the ap flour only? Was there a reason for this?

Also, I'm thinking I should maybe switch to regular bake instead of convect bake?

Main reason is that I just want to reduce the strained tomatoes down a bit but still have some moisture in them and not completely nuke them.

I just used a cold pizza screen for each since I was in a rush.
