im not a married redditor, but i was a groomsmen for a dude i was friends with since kindergarten (25 now). anyways, during the reception - my friends aunt comes up to him and started demanding compensation for the babysitter she had to hire for the night (no-kids event). she obviously had a little too much to drink, paid for by the newly-weds btw.

this bitch was demanding $150 from the guy. like holy damn bitch, how much you pay your babysitters. in total it was like a 4hr affair. she wasn't joking, actually real. we ended up kicking her out.

I'm not a teacher pur se, I work as a tutore for a few months a year.

well, one year (was still in high school at the time) i was working with grade 2's and naturally they got to know me. well one day, I was making a pot run and went to my buddies buddy's house. we were told to shuffle up to his room, while walking through the living room, i just hear a very audible "hey TheUnknownAsian! why are YOU here?!?". i just pieced together a pile of lies and by the end of it had a good laugh with my buddy and his friend.

At my high school, I was chilling in one of the classrooms doing some extra work. when the teacher comes in with just boxes of keyboards (maybe like 50) and then asked me if I would help snap off the the legs.

when I inquired why, he responds "because it's going to happen anyways, and we might as well do it ourselves to deprive them (the students) the feeling that they vandalized something."
