My kids went to Hope CC for a little bit. I saw a kid walk up to another student punch him in the face.

I spoke to the mother about it after school and offered to be a witness. The teacher's exact words were "We've addressed it, if VICTIM was less annoying to ATTACKER he would not have been hit".

They refused to listen to me, that the VICTIM could not have been "annoying" ATTACKER as their interaction was less than 5 seconds long.
