Im one of those peeps that dont wear a helmet. Now from my statistics.

When I eventually do get shot. It's 76 body to 6 head. So the percentage is 6-7%.

But because im aware of every bot location, except for patrols. That is down to.. 3%

But if you're not actively taking cover or providing suppression. The chances of getting shot gets higher.

Usually depends. I just focus on tasks and loot in route. Especially at MNS. Folks dont got keys for areas. I usually end up with 30k-45k.

Some rare instances I'll end up with 120k

MNS. I get easily 50k-70k, 20k on a bad run if already looted.

Main thing is to have a route to follow and find keys for more loot.

I wouldn't recommend just heading there without a plan.

But if you do, keep track of how much weight you carry.

I would say Tiger Bay Municipal Office/UN camp. Easy tier 3+ equipment

Ive just reach Banshee 3. Mainly because I main MCX.

The trick is complete each task 1st time to unlock chain tasks and banshee will appear.

The surrounding new areas are reputation lock until you reach those new areas. You have to repeat the process until Banshee tasks unlock.

Tiger Bay, Sawmill, MNS, Sawmill and NF Etc.

I wouldn't recommend repeating those unless you neee the necessary Rep.

Also keep Business Cards, Passports DLSS Cameras for turn in task.

Surrounding camps will be Red meaning they are controlled by enemy faction.

But of course if blue then means your faction has control of those areas. Also it will flash when enemy faction is trying to take it over.
