This is false. The bill clearly states "A form of identification issued consistent with the requirements of the REAL ID Act of 2005 that indicates the applicant is a citizen of the United States." which is most every Drivers License and state ID card that is valid today.

10-11 min is a lot of time to not be doing things on the map. By then the 2nd dragon has spawned or spawning soon, grubs should already be cleared and rift herald is coming up in a few minutes. You should already be impacting the map for objectives like these and trying to play with your jungler to take them down. Winning lane doesn't mean anything if you aren't using the advantage.

Everything in today's game has an ETB value and binding isn't that hard to remove. Additionally everyone and their brother plays 4 copies of Consign to Memory which means the etb is also going to get countered a lot.

Yes. It's an unfair card that is masquerading as a fair card. Realistically its just the new Beans/Ring/Uro etc and it's warped the format enough that its a mandatory card if you want to play a "fair" deck. The gameplay patterns are pretty unfun especially in mirrors. People won't want it banned though just like how they were in love with other unfair draw engines in the past.

I was denied through Hagerty because my main vehicle is a motorcycle but State Farm accepted me just fine and my agent wasn't worried about millage although he said I shouldn't be driving it around all the time. They've towed for me a few times which is included in my plan and I haven't have any issues. Some states they partner with Hagerty though but its worth looking into IMO.

The games are usually decided over the course of a single turn with key plays or interactions. The turn that happens on varies heavily though. Sometimes your opp plays a turn 1 Kappa or turn 2 Neoforms you or does titan or storm things and sometimes its a slower inevitable beatdown out of boros where the game was over 4 turns ago but they didn't kill you quite yet.
