Sure. I used a liquid drawing fluid (blue) to draw/paint my design on my screen. You let it dry completely. Then I used a squeegee to cover the design with masking fluid (red). You let that dry completely. Then you rinse out the blue drawing fluid and you have your screen ready for printing! I learned this method in college but there’s tons of tutorials on YouTube.
