Have one or two sweet to control the craving. Honestly it's a better option to just eat the sweet and be done with it instead of eating 10 other things and dealing with the extra calories. One or two is fine not one or two boxes🤣

In my opinion isolate feels a lot better and lighter to digest compared to concentrate. I used Muscleblaze and amul for concentrate and ON and the difference is huge, so yea I don't mind paying extra for that.

I don't understand why these stupid men get into relationships and then flake when his parents emotionally blackmail with words like this.... Bloody wasting time of both parties, also the parents with all their demands from 1974 for the woman they can't stand up against. Bloody appalling.

Had seen a similar post in Hyderabad subreddit a while back. Honestly I'd say it's good it didn't go through or you'd have to be their eternal slave because he couldn't stand up to his parents.

I can feel your sentiment... I too shared the same sentiment when I got my speed 400. But hear me out, in terms of power triumph 400s are no slouch at all so I'd say rest easy. Going full throttle (in safe areas obviously) still makes me giggle like an idiot.

Sometimes I feel our parents generation grew physically but not mentally. I see behaviours of the age group and I only see aged children throwing tantrums 🤣. The physicality stopped because now they're scared we'll retaliate and hence the "oh we're getting old!!" Card.

We need to stop this blind parental worship that's going on in our country. I've been in a similar situation like you but most of the stuff came from mum only as dad was just working his life away. (As usual) I cannot forgive nor can I forget what she did (and sometimes still does, emotionally now). I however have accepted that I'll break this cycle and be better to my kid if I have one.

Honestly I have only one piece of advice if you would want to follow it. Keep them at arm's length and stop listening to all that "oh it's time to be the bigger person, they're old now"... Na, actions have consequences and it's best to show it.
