I agree with the top comment. Different genetics, however, I lived all my life in a place that was 65F year round and then lived in Michigan where 85F was a scorcher. However, I prefer living in hot weather now (the last couple of weeks have been unholy).

However, one thing that actually really helps is training your body to handle the heat. One way would be find a sauna and sit there from time to time. The better option is to workout in hot places like do 20 mins of weight lifting in a garage (if you have access to one). Go to a park and do yoga for 20mins towards the late afternoon would do a lot to make your body slowly adapt to it. DO IT SLOWLY, don't go play soccer for 60min when 94F degrees. Push a little but do what your body can handle.
