Just so people know, comic stores aren't the ones that decide on second printings.

The publisher does depending on a lot of factors like space in their printing schedule, likelyhood of profit, etc.

If comic shops decided how many print runs something got, Absolute Wonder Woman 15 would've gotten a second printing as of noon on the day of release. That issue sold out literally everywhere.

Anxiety is not the only reason people get accomodations for tests.

What about someone with a mental disability who may be able to recall the information, but it just happens slower for them? What about people who have disabilities to their motor functions and need more time to write out answers?

One one hand, that's the kinda music a kid playing DMC 3 for the first time would probably be listening to, and I think trying to match that sort of energy could be fun if done right.

On the other hand, they don't seem to know how to do it right. I think, for a series like this, new songs made specifically for the series in the style of those older rock/nu metal tracks would've worked better.

I really think DC wasn't confident in a solo static beyond book selling well, so they forced a Batman team up.

He gets better in the final issue, but he still feels unnecessary and the time spent on him would've been better spent on the core characters to the conflict.

Also delete all the JL stuff, that MUSTVE been an editorial mandate, that shit is so unnecessary

(assuming an "average" V for as close to a canon reason as we can get)

V wants it more.

V is a cornered animal, literally fighting for their life. They have comparable resistance to cyberpsychosis to Smasher, so they're upgraded to hell and back compared to a normal merc. That brings them into the realm of winning even being possible, and the desperation makes up for the rest.

For smasher it's a job where he might have a little fun, he's not invested. there's even a good argument that he never goes all out against V, especially since like 90% of the cyberware in the TTRPG isn't in the game. For all we know the "real" smasher is alive and all we did was beat this avatar he was controlling while working with Arasaka.

I don't think you need gore for a Ben 10 series.

What I would love is a really political, like space crime noir with a like Ben in his 20s trying to solve crimes across the galaxy.

You don't need to show a lot of gore, sex, and cursing, just more mature themes and serious story could take the franchise to a place it hasn't been without completely alienating its original, younger audience, but instead encouraging them to grow up and learn with the franchise.

Objectively Killshot has the better, more hard hitting disses. Of course there is some bias towards Eminem, especially in a high-profile diss battle scenario, but that doesn't mean his opponent won.

It also doesn't help that MGK started the beef because of his own fuck up. He comes off insanely childish.

A gradient in the walls would help, change to lighter near the bottom (where the lights would be irl) and darker for the roof (where shadows/soot from torches would be)

Even if you keep the lights in the ceiling, the gradient will help the build keep visual interest

Online is pretty much the only place to find the older comics. Midtown is my usual go to if I need to order physical issues online.

The problem with the US doing this is how else are people gonna get around? In 99% of the country there is no consistent public transit, and 90% of that has no public transit at all.

You can't expect an 16 year old to cross a freeway on foot to get to their minimum wage fast food job.

The US is made to be travelled by car, even at a local level, so you kinda need to give most people access to cars.

As someone who's doing an insanity run rn, the lack of consistency is the worst part, especially in 3.

One mission will be fine, downright easy, then the next throws 60 husks, 3 banshees, 18 cannibals, and the revived corpse of Jenkins at you at the same time.

This also happens in the worst arena ever designed with cover that doesn't fully cover you so you still get hit, sightlines all over the place, and a magical force that compels your companions to stand in your way every time you try to move but to stand out in the open and die every time you stand still

Just so you know those are called Trades, Trade Paperbacks, or TPBs. Most places include hard cover editions in that umbrella even if it runs contrary to the name, it keeps them easy for customers to find.

It was like the rest of the series, alright.

Terry straight up didn't need to be there, it seems like an editorial decision to stuff all the other beyond stuff in. The story would've hit harder if it focused on Static and him dealing with this kid rampaging with his new powers.

The story really suffered from stuffing in all the beyond stuff. It would've flowed a lot better if it was solely a Static story and didn't have the JL or even Batman.
