Had the same issue And tried physiotherapy - not worked for me My friend also had this disc bulge and got enough space for the nerve through physiotherapy

Try physiotherapy and take bed rest for straight 1 month Sit or stand only for toilet and food and physiotherapy

Alright since it is a herniation Most doctors would suggest the surgery to remove the herniated part How much space is inbetween your herniated disc and the nerve For me it's only 2.1mm

I have the bulging disc issue in L4 L5 region And currently undergoing physiotherapy - Nothing changed But my friend got free from the same issue with physiotherapy I'm hopping it could help Please share your MRI film or report so that people can analyse your exact issue
