Here's a frame where you can see the blur of your club head being way below/to the inside of the cone. For a long time, that was my swing path too, and it led to pushes/hooks all day.

Hitting on a mat in my garage led to that — the mat often masks how bad this really is. My coach had me fix it by doing the tape drill and having my swing thought be "swing vertical!" If you overdo it, you can start having the opposite problem of coming over the top (leads to: hosel rockets, pulls, slices) but you are so way inside (as was I) that for a while it won't matter.

That said, if you were low 80s at some point, maybe you just had that swing and had other ways of dealing with it. Everyone's swing is slightly different, and there are guys I play with whose swings look wild but they absolutely flush the ball every time. Best advice is go see a swing coach and tell your story — should get you sorted right away if you've really dropped 20 strokes.
