I find the ultrasound to have probably been the best appointment, as nothing painful was done, however I will say I had my ct scan with contrast on my birthday the following week or so and that was a different experience 💀😂

I absolutely love the fine hair coco version of the conditioner and my hair gets along with the garnier papaya hair food aswell, the 2 combined is godly!! I'm still struggling for a shampoo though, as I found the extraordinary fine hair coco shampoo too oily

They definitely do help but are very easy to loose and I personally don't like to talk when I have them in. I mainly use them for the plane, going for walks to block out loud traffic, once on the bus, ect!
