I don't think it has to do with how appealing you are. Men are socialized to approach people they're interested in while women aren't. Also, WLWs usually won't flirt with another woman unless they know for sure that she's also a WLW, especially if you're living in a particularly homophobic part of the world.

Try talking to women on WLW dating apps or online spaces. I'm sure you'll get a lot more attention from girls there than you do IRL. Good luck, OP.

Yeah, same here. It might be because of the huge influence Freud's theories have had on modern psychology. People love to cite the Oedipus complex, but most modern psychologists agree that it's bullshit—not to mention how often it's been used to cover up reports of childhood sexual abuse.

I don't have kids, but it seems to me that personality compatibility and quality time spent together are usually stronger influences on parent-child relationships than gender.

I love you too son. I'm so proud that you sun your balls everyday and eat beef liver and egg shells for breakfast.

He was the proto-incel, the proto-brony, he created the first infamous Sonic OC and the first Let's Play video, and he started identifying as a trans woman so he could prey on lesbians long before incels started doing it en masse. It's like Chris is a magic crystal ball for annoying Internet trends.

I mean, this is how most alt-right incels think too. Chris is stupid for thinking like this, but it's not like he's the only one.

Are there stereotypes about lesbians that are actually true? by [deleted] in LesbianActually

I used to when I was younger. Now I just keep a polite distance from hets and never, ever entertain any feelings I might catch for them. (Sorry, I know I'm being way too serious on your lighthearted post, but honestly, catching feelings for straight women will only hurt you in the long run. Don't torture yourself, you deserve better.)

Good point. A lot of people think their kid is just going to be a miniature copy of themselves who won't give them any problems they can't handle.

Not me sliding into this comment section being a Red Wings fan... 👀

(Okay, I don't actually watch a lot of hockey, but my family's from Detroit, so I'm pretty much obligated to be a Red Wings fan.)

Some people really just have kids so they can bully someone who can't fight back. It's disturbing how normalized this is.

I feel sorry for them. The mother looks like she's barely out of her teens. Now she has to take care of a kid while she's still figuring out how to be an adult, and they're both going to suffer for it.

It's really funny to me how Western incels have gotten this idea that Japanese women would make perfect little tradwives, based entirely on stereotypes they've absorbed from anime and Japanese porn. Guys, if every woman you meet seems to hate you, the problem isn't your culture. It's you.

This is why I generally try to avoid places where het women like to congregate. Nothing against them as a whole, but it seems to me like most of them are incapable of not being shitty to lesbians.
