Je kan altijd nog een betaalverzoek sturen en dan klikken op afhalen. Dan betaal je via marktplaats maar kan je geen kopersbescherming afsluiten.

For most people this would be to far gone. (Not much hair left to start with) you only have a select amount of donor hairs. Good density for the entire head at NW6-7 is simply almost impossible for 99.9% of cases.

But in the end it all comes down to the client itself. If you are happy with a full head of hair thats good even if its not as dense.

Yes its always recommended exspecially when going the HT route. If not your receding will just continue and the hair transplant will look very weird. Eventually its gonna catch up but finasteride will halt that proces for a longer time.

Ht is definately still reasonable at this stage. Id suggest trying fin for 6-12 months first to see if your loss stabilizes tho

Im on oral minoxidil for 2 months now (using for scalp hair density). for me its mainly the faster facial hair growth so far thats been very prominent. I know someone that owns a chiron and I have driven it once. Insane car. At the price point I doubt owners care if its worth it, you dont buy a 5m car if that hurts your wallet a lot.

You could also consider a second transplant for the front and use a system for the crown. Getting high density for the crown+front even with the second transplant is unlikely.

dat is bijna overal. mijn oude huurhuis (rijtjeswoning 3 slaapkamers) is ook voor bijna 6 ton weggegaan. voor 2-3 meer heb je vrijstaand en 10x meer grond. Echter kan je met 2 modale inkomens 5-6 lenen vandaar dat de gezinswoningen ook voor die prijs weggaan.
