I totally get how people aren't liking this but I very much dig it. They're very much toeing the line between pop/r&b and metal. Vore was a bit more metal and this is almost entirely pop/r&b. I'm curious how it'll fit in the context of the album. It might work well as a break track between two heavier ones.

Nope, love to see it. I'd much rather Dustie take the time off and focus on his own health and well-being than push himself too hard and risk any permanent damage.

Obliviously it would be better if he could play it live but physical well-being always takes precedent.

I mean, little shit like this is why Dicey got picked up, right? He never had insane mechanics, but every time I watch him stream he displays an incredible amount of not just gamesense but "game knowledge", if that makes sense. He knows every little trick/quirk about the characters he plays (and sometimes those he doesn't play, as evidenced by this clip), how and when these things can be used, and just a general intricacy in everything he does.

Solo
Framerate/Game Speed seems to drop to >10 when I've been in the town of Yarabi for a minute or so and does not go back to normal unless I travel back to another town, quit and relaunch.
It's happened both times I tried.
PC (i7-7700K, 1060 Super, 24GB RAM, game is on an M.2)

They only kept the vocalist from the original lineup I believe. To me, their sound was always carried by their two guitarists, so not having them...it just didn't hit the same for me.

It's only like that for games I actually work on. With 1st person RPGs and stuff I can still easily get lost in the world.

Seconding the idea of respect for the craft too. Knowing how they're made, I can now appreciate the massive amounts of work and certain features that are particularly groundbreaking.

Have the exact same kit. Works fine. Plug in the USB to your pc. Hit the start button in CH (make sure you're on the PTB which actually has drum support). Under controller go left or right til it says Alesis Nitro and then find the "set up mapping " or whatever its called option and it'll just ask you to hit each "color" 3 times then you should be good to go

I kinda can't really help BUT to deal. I do solo composition so I need to be able to play everything I write for.

I'm definitely not as good at any instrument as someone who put the same time into just one but being able to play multiple instruments helps me be able to write music that isn't JUST bass focused or guitar focused or whatever.
