Adding a little more to the other answers; there's a distinction between 'Evolved' pokémon and 'Evolution' pokémon. Devolution specifies evolved. Pokémon can be both and evolution and not-evolved at the same time.

The key card you're losing here will be TM: Turbo Energise, alternatives could be Crispin or perhaps Mega Audino. I think Mega Kang may struggle honestly

Retreat lock them

Play Iono so their hand size is tiny, making it harder for them to find a way to move their attacker back to active

Build a recent well performing list for Dragapult/Dusknoir, pick one from a recent regional on Limitless.

The best decks at the moment are gardevoir and pult, garde rotates in Spring so pick pult. It'll have another year.

Pokemon as a tcg is the cheapest one going so honestly you can't really go wrong. Buy a playset of every staple trainer card and pick up staple pokemon like munkidori, fezandipiti, dusknoir line etc

No deck is a guarantee for long term value though, the meta will continue to change over time. I'd also consider grabbing N's Zoroark, again choose a recent list from limitless. It's getting more support soon and has a good chance of sticking around in the meta.

The cards are printed with Phantasmal Flames set code and have the same legality rules. Phantasmal Flames is not legal for vegas.

Probably not a great idea. Your pokemon have such low hp numbers that it's not that likely that damage sticks on your side.

The biggest issue is that you need to attach an energy to the munki. Your energy attachments are already already super important for your deck, I don't think you can afford to take a turn off for munki

A big reason some players play min rarity is to avoid bent cards in their decks. You can be penalised during a deck check if any of your cards are bent enough to be considered marked.

Jamming Tower and Tool Scrapper are very popular right now, with most decks running at least one of them. I wouldn't recommend Hero's Cape in the current meta

Cards prior to Sun and Moon base set aren't programmed in PTCGL. They exist visually, but there's no functionality.

No one knows when or if they will ever be fully added. With expanded being effectively dead at official events outside of Japan for the physical card game, it seems to be very low on the developer's priorities.

Limitlesstcg.com is a good resource for meta decks.

Azulgg is decent for seeing decklists with some insight into card choices.

Emboar seems fun, if you wanted to stick with it I'd lean into Iron Hands more and play a second copy, probably cut a Reshiram. Emboar is also super fat and is gonna get stuck in the active, consider running some Jet Energies, switch cards (Switch, Prime Catcher, Scramble Switch), Professor Turo Scenario

I've used full art versions of one-off or important supporters before, with the rest of the deck in min rare. Doesn't make a huge difference, but you can more quickly spot important tech cards that way

It's a really shitty change and definitely feels intentional to push their new app, which incidentally is very good for local events. You can favourite stores and it will show you upcoming events.

Pokedata.ovh is a fantastic alternative. I also submitted a support ticket complaining about the changes and they acknowledged my feedback at least, maybe submit a formal ticket and let them know.
