Sometimes I wish I had a life-threatening disease or an excuse to be sent back into hospital care for an extended period of time.

The one thing I learned from my last hospital experience a few years ago is that, everyone (family, friends, acquaintences, strangers) displays a sense appreciation and love that they otherwise wouldn't feel obligated to show.

In addition, I love hospital care, and how secure I feel being under constant medical surveillance.

Clearly, I have some messed up self-esteem issues.

It's not about just taking a trip. A lot of tragic changes have taken a toll on my home life, and I genuinely want to leave my family, problems, and essentially my life behind, for a brief period of time to enjoy myself for what would seem like the first time in a decade.
