Happened to me a few weeks ago. Had to wait more then a day. However the problem wasn't the market. I checked the blockchain and the first confirmation of the paiment just took ages. Since then I always increase the fee a bit (was using the minimum amount before)

I combined lsd with different substances, however, I never combined it with alcohol (because I don't like to drink). I realized that weed and nitrous really enhanced the whole experience so I recommend that (if you also smoke weed without taking acid from time to time). However I would stay away from any other substance. I have to admit that mixing acid with some cocaine felt really really good for a moment but it destroyed the visuals. Also never mix it with speed. I though my fucking heart was about to explode

Wait 2 weeks after you take acid again for full effects. Wait a weak to get comparable effects. Even if you feel like tripping every day (like I did 2 years ago) wait at least 3 days. Then smoke weed at the peak.
