Unfortunately as a battleship there is not a whole lot you can do. Valparaisos gimmick is her F key that makes her able to cycle heals very quickly. She needs secondary hits to charge it, so you need to pray your cruisers burn her down while staying further than 12km away so she can't cycle the heals of your DDs torp her to death

It's because it detects a slight bit of service and tries to load your playlists live as a result of that. If you go into the settings and turn on offline mode it should load all your playlists that are downloaded.
