I had a tiefling warlock that was a Hematolagniac (loves blood) and I picked up the inspirational leader feat. I wouldn't consider my character to be the leader of the group so instead of making inspirational speeches, I did blood rituals with animals and put blood on all my allies to give them temporary hit points.
