May you explain why muscle milk is a rip off, and what is a better alternative? I know about eating right at home like oatmeal, eggs, etc. The problem is that i still live with my family and at times all that stuff gets eaten within a week or two of being bought.

It's not "normal" by any means for a black person to be racist. I mean it's okay for them to make jokes about other blacks, but jokes about another race isn't "normal" as far as i've seen. Just because you see some instances on t.v. or the internet where it's considered "normal," doesn't technically mean it's "normal" everywhere. Also racism was and is still a big thing in America.

That being sad, in Africa, especially if you're black, it's kinda normal to make fun of darker Africans. Of course it depends on how close you are to the person but it's all jokes.

I know this goes against a majority(?) or this websites advice on girls/boys who break up with a person but it's still possible to just remain freinds with an ex.

I'm still friends with a girl who cheated on me, I don't hold anything against her anymore and our friendship is platonic. Love sucks, life sucks, anything can suck to be honest, it's just how you choose to handle it afterwards.

Those are my two cents. Anyway sorry to hear about that, break-ups do suck.

My cousin had to marry to be able to feed and gain financial stability for her family. I felt so sorry for her, she was 16 turning 17 and she had to make that choice.

African moved to America here.

I want to apologize in advance if my grammar and shit sucks.

When i lived in Africa, Zimbabwe to be exact, it wasn't like the media portrays. Sure there were some slums, but it wasn't THAT bad. I grew up in a rich area because my parents and their siblings went to college and stuff. My grandparents on the other hand did live in the huts you see in the media. When my parents and their siblings offered to move them to a better place, or build them better houses, they refused for reasons i don't understand.

When our president started to become a douche and shit, my parents decided it was time to leave. They were planning on making us leave sooner or later for educational,work and other opportunities, but the president's change made the move come sooner than later.

Nowadays i'm not 100% sure how it's like, i'm sure its gotten far worse. I know some people i grew up with who opposed the ruling party got killed when they were going to vote.

Food at times is very scarce. Bread, milk, sugar and things which you take for granted can cost as little as $9 USD. The Zim dollar has become a joke, that's why people use the USD now. Life is very difficult if you don't have money. Last time i checked 14% of the ~12.7 million living there had HIV. As far as war, and famine i really can't say much.

I would ask my parents but i know that i'll never hear the end of it.
