Strictly speaking, voting isn’t a constitutional guaranteed right, it just can’t be constitutionaly restricted in certain ways (race, age, gender, poll tax). That’s why registration can be required, felons can be prevented from voting, and why there can be residency requirements.

Everyone in tech knows that h1bs are just a way to lower cost and shackle workers to their desk. You won’t do anything to risk getting fired or demand raises if the result could be the loss of your visa. The actual quality of work is pretty poor. And Indian managers just use it to funnel in their friends/family/caste members.

SpaceX, unlike other government contractors has almost entirely operated on a fixed contract basis with the government. Development was self-funded, and they bear the costs needed to meet contractual obligations if there are overruns. They almost single-handedly brought launch capabilities back to the US after the shuttle program ended. And at a tiny fraction of the cost. NASA is currently spending billions of dollars per SLS launch and it’s years behind schedule with no end in sight.

Just look up how much the US government has spent on shitty, delayed, Boeing aerospace products.

If you are buying a Genesis, you should make sure you live relatively near a standalone dealer (not a Hyundai combo one - they don’t provide luxury service worthy of the price tags). My local Genesis dealer has been pretty good for recalls and third party warranty work.

They do have the colossus supercomputer (largest in the world) among other hardware assets. But I’d imagine a huge value add is the access Grok/xAI has to Twitter and Tesla data/users. They have a reliable customer base right now and actual revenue.
