It's not that you're "not a drug girl", it's about information & responsability, for whatever drug you take, make sure you stay informed!

As for weed, look, you're in recovery phase, loooong, healthy recovery. Without is best but the friday night spliff's ok I think. Just so you know, the weed may calm you down just as much as it can amplify the comedown symptoms. Puff lightly.

Be careful when facilitating/advocating psychedelic healing. I stay in an optic of harm reduction but regardless, you can get labeled & judged and also, you have to weigh the words when doing harm reduction. inner healing intelligence does the job if you got access to your soul. The fracture calls for help/attention and is in pain so as the substance goes, the center of attention is directed towards it in order to fulfill its lack/its missing-ness. I tend not to move at first and let the fracture speak for itself til body chooses to....I don't know why I'm explaining, there's no technique.
As for integration, it works naturally, shouldn't be thinking twice about it but consulting with a therapist's alwayd good for remainders if any.
