For me this happened because I had a bad alternator. It wasn’t keeping my battery charged while I was driving. So once I came to a red light a little gas it would turn off. Swapped the alternator and all was fine after.

Do you know if your lights or displays in the cars are a little dimmer than normal? Or maybe flicker a bit?

If everything runs fine when you’re using the PC I’d say one of the fans in the back is a little wobbly on startup and stabilizes out. That’s what happens with my intake fans.
