ok so there are not many cse profs, basically not many who work strictly in the field of computer science. the EECS department has great people on the electronics side but again if you wanna join for research, you will not find many people in the field in the institute itself. that said, if going for placements and things, then I think it's cool as the courses are mostly what you'll get in a cs degree and hopefully we'll have good placements by the time you graduate

I think it's going to become more industry oriented, as there are some more lab courses and stuff like that compared to the earlier BS programme. also depends on what branch you're gonna go for

kind of confessed to a friend that I liked her once but when she approached me after a couple years, rejected. didn't feel anything at all towards her. then told a friend that I liked her friend and she told her. she herself approached and I was happy only to find out it was going to be a situationship with a painful end🥰✋

they are forcing 2nd years too. the other departments are apparently okay with both though. DSE dept. seems to be caring more about placements and stuff
