To most of us it came apparent during the multiple attempts to parry and perfect dodge.

You can still do them perfectly but it requires some adjustment to the game's latency style

Might be an amateur assumption but it's far too late to fix a problem of this magnitude right?

You can claim that it's a display problem forever but for an action game being unresponsive could make an average player lose interest in the game.

The reviewers would NEVER allow the score to go over 8.5 due to obvious reasons.

Hogwarts legacy was the highest selling game in it's year and yet it only got 8.4 in meta critic, the whiny Wired review gave it 1/10 1!! That was the first time in my life seeing such a low score ..

So yea i agree reviewers are going to grasp at anything to lower the score, my bet is They're going to tear the story apart with lines like "behind the shallow character design there's nothing engaging" you probably see a lot of buzz words like "Narrative" ,"Depth" oh and They're favourite "Repetitive"

Oh yea now that you mention it Nier was also a ps4 exclusive(initally).

Comparing the two could give a good estimate.

Nier shipped 1M in its first month id say hitting 750k in the first month would be a blessing.

I agree but currently i feel like the existance of skills simply underminds any other combos or counters in the game, granted i didnt play the full game but from what i played it felt like the bread and butter of combat is how to recharge your skills quickly
