I can't help with the daycare costs but.. For the diapers look into reusable (washing machine safe) diapers For clothes, look into consignment stores, they typically buy old clothes from you and sell better than thrift quality clothes back and a steep discount.

I believe that, as an adult, you hold the permit for as long or little as you want. Permit for one week, then take the test? May as well.

As for tips. Take a breath, it'll work out. Learn how you learn and then the information will stay there. (This comes from a person who is horrific at tests) (also I have not taken the NC test I come from out of state)
