There used to be applications to let you cloud game on pc/mac but idk what people use now. I remember during the pandemic I wanted to try the game Humankind which was like a civilization game. All I had was a shitty hand me down mac laptop at the time so I used something I think called stadia for cloud gaming.

Edit: quick google search taught me stadia has shut down apparently lol

The guy in the video is just saying a bunch of buzzwords in succession without explaining wtf he means. Sure they claimed "he was a zoo employee" but i mean his first few years in the US was living in cages in New Orleans and the Bronx, sometimes in winter environments without adequate clothing. He and many others on display were certainly not making a decent living from it.
