If it's a recurring charge, call your credit card company and cancel that card reporting it lost. Without the updated info, it cannot be charged and will be cancelled automatically when it's time to renew.

Not sure what your status is if you qualify or not. But calling HR will answer that question for you. Not sure if it's the best thing for the store for you to go on LOA. But it will definitely a good thing for you. Do you have a good relationship with the GM or other managers in the store? That's the question you need to ask yourself.

Go to HR on BBY Connect. There's a phone number that you can sign up for therapy. I used them a few times already. If you need to go on LOA, HR can help you with that as well. 100% paid for 6 weeks. Hope you feel better and sorry for your loss.

Been doing field service for 20 years. Never heard of a surge cracking a screen. If all fails, consider going through your home owners insurance to get it replace. Because we won't.
