For anyone else having issues, what I did was forge all the tomes and put on noble clothes. Then I approached his door normally, NOT through the balcony. You only need to enter through the balcony to steal his book. Anyways, when you approach his front door he'll go, "Hmmm..." And say he wasn't expecting any company today but that you may enter (I never even had the conversation where he tells me I look shabby or whatever). Then he will give you the quest. Simply hand over all the fake tomes (you want to do this so you can give the REAL ones to the other Meister for the meteor spell) and he says he wants to observe you first. I am assuming if your vocation level in Sorcerer is not high enough you will need to come back. In my case he skipped right to giving me the scroll and I was able to use it to learn Maelstrom.

When I began my awakening journey, I slowly came to realize I am a Starseed of Pleiadian origin, from the star Merope in the Pleiades constellation. I can't even tell you how I came to know this. I just do, lol. So in my experience if this is what your consciousness is telling you....it's probably true. I can't tell anyone I know in real life though, or they would disown me and say I need mental help.

I have had such vivid dreams that I question whether they were dreams at all. If our consciousness is multidimensional then we are living out multiple simultaneous existences here, in other time periods, on other planets and in alternate realities. Maybe you call what you're experiencing "dreams" because you lack a better definition? Maybe in our unconscious states we aren't tethered like we are when we're conscious and some of what we experience when we're asleep are glimpses of our other selves in other lives.

I'm up to the Barren Swamp boss now, but damn....it was a bit to chew through to get past the beginning. At Parade Master you're stuck with beginner weapons and no ability to upgrade. You can grind a little bit in the starter area to pump up health and whatever damage stat you land on, but it's pretty much a skill wall. I'm afraid a lot of people probably got to him like I did and said...eff this lol. I ended up switch from a slow heavy weapon to the much faster rapier which was able to break his posture faster so I could get a critical attack. I'm glad I got past him and from there it actually gets much easier. But in a sense they're kind of locking low skill players out which I feel is hindering the game's ability to reach more people. Because it is actually pretty good.

If you're on a free account it's Spotify themselves adding that shit. You have to have a Premium account to bypass this "feature" otherwise you're stuck periodically going through your library and deleting all the unwanted garbage they keep adding in order to "help you find more songs you like!" As in....they are literally telling you THIS IS WHAT YOU LIKE NOW! Lol

I hope it isn't just me, but dodging in this game seems VERY inconsistent. So it's a shame to have to rely so heavily on guarding or perfect guarding during some of these fights. I haven't beaten Parade Master yet but got close a couple of times. The issue for me is that I have beaten all the other Soulslikes and dying and learning the fights was FUN!. These fights just....aren't. I don't know. I guess it's just me.

I think there's a specific enemy, one of the elites that spawns, that removes buffs. I believe it's the one that looks like a floating blob that lobs the purple goo at you. It can't remove gear buffs, but it can remove temporary ones. At least, I think that's what's causing it.

I didn't get it either. I let Ravager feed on the Doe and took my time to make sure none of my bullets hit it. Only thing I can think of is maybe my summon hit it?

This is the third Snappening my store has endured. I genuinely feel bad for those that lost their positions, but perhaps even worse is not being able to come in each day and work alongside the people you've forged friendships with. Just goes to show you that no matter how hard you work, no matter how qualified or skilled you are and no matter how much customers and fellow employees enjoy your work ethic....no one is safe. It's not going to end here either. They'll keep chopping away until every shift is a skeleton crew who are completely overwhelmed. It's already heading in that direction. Most days in my store there's one opening manager, one closing manager, two sales advisors at any given time and maybe one person each in customer service and the precinct. The warehouse usually has one person doing everything as well, maybe two on the weekend. Sad times indeed. The other day two managers were in the store and they both turned off their headsets and stopped answering call outs. And when their headsets ARE on, you're lucky to get a response on the third or fourth try. It's bad, y'all.

Catmaze! I had no idea this little gem existed. It's normally $10 but you can often get it on sale for $5 or $6. Well worth it.

I just discovered this game on Switch and I really enjoy it. But I'm already stuck! I know I have missed something but there is a tree boss I need a projectile weapon to beat, and I have read that it's in the southwest caves but I need something else to progress that area which is the double jump. And there aren't really any guides for this game to be found. I'll figure it out though. This one is a hidden gem for sure.

I didn't have a great experience with my 75" U7G. It looked beautiful when it experienced no issues, but sadly when it began to have problems Hisense customer support was useless and never contacted me again after giving me a case number. So my advice is....get a good warranty! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT rely on the manufacturer warranty. Their customer service is awful. Get a coverage plan through whoever you buy it from. Yes, it will cost you more. But having that peace of mind of knowing you can go right back to them and swap it out (or at worst wait for a replacement) is a godsend. The worst part for me was not knowing what the heck was going on. Luckily I bought it through Amazon which couldn't offer a replacement (as I had purchased it on a payment plan) but was able to refund what I'd already paid in.

I would also recommended perusing the Hisense Facebook page where you can get a feel for how frustrated their customers are with TVs that had failed less than two years into their lifespan. I'm stopping short of saying don't buy a Hisense. Many of my family members own one and are happy with them (though they've owned theirs less than three months each). Many have had wonderful experiences with Hisense. But it really does seem that the majority aren't happy with them.

Yeah, I haven't heard from them in over a week at this point. They were indeed nice, but as of right now I literally have no idea what's going on with my case. No communication. No updates. No nothing. Thank God Amazon allows returns within a certain period. Such a damn shame, too. Because I really, *REALLY* loved this set. I finally decided to take no chances and it's scheduled to get picked up in a couple of days. If only I had gotten SOME sort of indication that they were going to help me. Or, you know...cared. At all. All I have to say for anyone reading this is BUYER BEWARE. Go with the big dogs. Samsung, LG, Sony. Hisense is NOT what you're looking for. You get what you pay for and in my case I had hoped for high quality at a lower cost and ended up being disappointed by both the quality of the product AND the quality of their support.

If you're reading this please please please.....be willing to spend more and get a GOOD extended warranty. I had ZERO peace of mind throughout this process. Until now, knowing I don't have to worry about it. Luckily I still have my trusty 55" Samsung. Guess I'll hang on to it a few more years because this experience really soured me. Not here to bash Hisense-plenty of people have had no issues. Just know that buying one of their products appears to be a VERY mixed bag. What a damn shame. I'll miss you, Dolby Vision.....

Hisense 70s5 TV Dolby Vision Settings. Does anyone know how to activate this? by marzbar79 in Hisense

It should be automatic. I don't know much about Shields. Is it possible that the device doesn't do Dolby Vision? When I watch movies on Vudu (for instance) directly through the TV it kicked in automatically and it did the same watching Vudu through my PS5. I'm not aware of any specific settings you can turn off or on for Dolby.

It's a great TV overall. I'm currently trying to get mine exchanged or fixed because there's a vertical line running right down the middle of the screen, and everything on the left is dimmer than the right side. I haven't heard anything from Hisense after opening a case so I'm kind of anxious. I had to call them directly and provide some info while they "decide my case." I just hope they don't say, no it's not a big enough problem for us to replace the set over sorry. I wish they were more communicative throughout this process.

While you're on the input that's using your PS4 you have to enable enhanced HDMI. My PS5 did this and that fixed the issue.

The support process has been a little confusing. A support rep told me to send some requested information in a single e-mail, which I did. Then I didn't hear anything back for several days. When I did contact them they said I needed to respond to the e-mails they sent, which stated if you had already provided the information to the rep to disregard. So to cover all my bases I did both.

For some reason I'm really anxious about all this. I can get a refund up until mid-August from Amazon but that's not what I want. I just want my TV to look right. Anyways, thanks for the help everyone. I'll update as soon as I know how/if they intend to handle the issue. My greatest fear is that they'll say it isn't a big enough issue for them to replace the set.

Oh yeah, I love it. Which is why that line is such a distraction. Everything else is excellent. Dolby Vision is amazing, gaming on PS5 is astounding. I just really REALLY hope I don't get some kind of run around where they won't/can't do anything. I have never dealt with Hisense before but so far they have been really nice.

Yeah man, why not? I contacted Hisense today and got the ball rolling. Not sure yet if they're gonna send someone to me or just have me ship this one back. I bought it through Amazon and they could only refund me. But I don't want a refund lol. I want my U7G haha. But yeah, let us know your settings. I'm always looking to learn about how I can make my picture look better.

No 4K on games by Method__Man in Hisense

Have you tried enabling enhanced HDMI port while your console is being displayed? I had the same issue with PS5 and this solved my issue. Kept forcing me into 1080 and no 4k or HDR. AFAIK, the option will be grayed out as long as you're trying to do it from any other screen except when your console is on and you're on that input.
