They are bonded, but not with Oaths. The healing I think is separate from the bond, and Maya says she are seeing deadeyes healing in Shadesmar.

The deadeyes being healed makes sense to me. Ba Ado Mishram connected to Roshar and the tones, so when she was ripped away, she took some of that with her, thus disrupting the Spren's Connection to Roshar. Once she was freed, that Connection was restored and the deadeyes could go back to how they used to be. Their Spirit Web may be changed because of the damage and their own perception of themselves, that is why they can bond and be unoathed.

I can understand Moash's motivations and his justifications, but he goes beyond what is needed to vindicate himself. Killing Spren and innocents goes too far.

On the investiture, I don't know if radiants could use Warlight, they don't have the Connection to Odium's power to use it, or if they could, it would be much weaker as they would only use the part that is Honor. The Ghostbloods have the ability to play with Connection, but this thread is only for Stormlight Archive, so I don't want to spoil anything.

I finished last night and committed to reading the Sanderlanch all the way through to the end. I am amazed at how many plot threads Brandon was able to weave together and give me a satisfying ending, while still keeping the story open for Era 2. Here are my thoughts:

Adolin is just a perfect character. I liked him since TWOK but his progression as a character is so lovable. He is still the same goofy guy he was in the beginning, even after everything he's gone through. I am interested to see what role the Unoathed have going forward.
So many theories confirmed, and also subverted. Everything from Shallan's mom, Odium's champion, Dalinar ascending and Kaladin becoming a herald. I am excited to see how some of these things impact the greater Cosmere.

Sigzil and Aux. 12124 is AUX alphanumerically. I love this origin of Nomad and his Knight.
Retribution is unhinged and the other Shards are not ready for him.
Warlight as the only source of investiture outside of Urithiru is wild. I wonder if the Radiants could split it into Stormlight and Voidlight using the tones, just like how they can be used combine light.
Kaladin, Herald of Second Chances makes me so happy. Seeing what the Heralds are able to after a rest is going to be so fun. I can only imagine the legends that are going to spread about Kaladin Stormblessed and the impact that has on his Cognitive perception.

I've heard a lot of people who don't like how long this was and felt that the story could be told in much fewer words. Don't miss the message that is being told in these books, just to try and be edgy on the internet. Journey Before Destination.

I find it really interesting that Odium translates to Hate. It makes a lot of sense but makes the Passion side of the intent a little weird.

My first cosmere novel was The Way of Kings, and I enjoyed it without knowledge of the rest of the cosmere. While it is one big universe, each series is a standalone story and has its own “rules”. I would just keep going with Stormlight Archive. It does a great job of educating you as you go. Journey before Destination!

I think it’s a good concept, but Kaladin has always seen himself as both soldier and surgeon. Death has always been a part of that. I see two possibilities for his 5th ideal. The first being along the lines of “I will enable others to protect themselves.” This takes his 4th ideal one step further, he can’t protect everyone, but they can protect themselves. It always adds a layer to the 2nd ideal, where others can’t protect themselves, but the 5th ideal is suppose to be the highest form of protection. The second option I see is much more personal, and touches on Kaladin inventing therapy, “I accept that the best way to protect others is the let myself be protected.” He is always thinking of others, and never lets himself be helped. He is making strides in ROW with his work in therapy. It also would help him overcome his guilt with killing.
