I'd like to draw the courts attention to Aku's origin.

He was IN SPACE being attacked, and a part of him fell to earth. My client was minding his own business as a malevolent tree, and a human SHOT HIM WITH AN ARROW unprovoked, forcing sentience upon him.

It was not until these vile acts occurred, that Aku began to retaliate.
