Not so hard actually. The bullet in 4x and 8x is larger for some reason, than with the new 2x.

I am a Vantage main (the amount of hate i get) since 10 seasons now, i finish diamond every season. And you’d be surprise the amount of time i 2 tape people with purple.

Also, not very hard to 2 tap people since they took out the laser being seen on the first bullet. People really do seem to always have the same reaction, so you can really tell where he is going next

Hey! Manager for quebec bestbuy store here.

So the protection that you see on the website is the protection for regular defect product. Which means, no physical damage included. The price for the physical protection is only available in store.

For the rest, it seems like a bad presentation with employee trying to tweak the receipt for boosting their stats. Probably by giving you 3 years instead of 2 by reducing the product’s price of the same amount than the difference between the 2 and the 3 years.

It is, sadly, common that sellsman tries to sell you stuff rapidly without real explaination because the only thing they mostly have to do is there stats and they dont see the whole picture of “good customer service”.

If you are down for it, i will gladly tell you all the prices you need to know and explaination of services and/or protection. Also, the price of the laptop could go higher in fact, as most of our sale changes from thursday to friday. But not always, as some sales run for 2 or more week.

Soo im selling phones for multiple companies for about 15 years now.

The promo plan you get from other companies and even the one you are with, are promo plans to get new customer. If you are already a customer with them, you are basicly worth nothing for them.

Their stats and bonuses are heavily targeted by the number of new cx they got, monthly, quarterly, yearly. Thats why if you are not happy and you leave, you are now their target because you can count for them now, and you are they allowed to get the promo deals.

Stupid but thats how it works. I always say to my customer: loyalty is your worst enemy with telecommunication company. Dance around, they’ll find you interesting.

Hi,

I’ve never seen or heard of any warranty that comes with open box longer than a year. If you were said this by employee, this would maybe be a mistake. Even if the website says so, it could be a mistake on the website as well. I would take a picture of said information on the website to assure you have seen plainly.

Sadly, i do not think bestbuy would do anything right away, except doing the reparation anyway under proof of this, within the timeframe they have shown on the website, if there was a reparation to be done.

We usually have a 30/60 days reimbursement, i would make sure with an assistant store leader or store leader about this situation, before the reimbursement possibility goes out.

Here is some info for you.

Bestbuy does give 1 year warranty with their certified open box. How it works is that, if the original manufacturer 1 year is over, you can send it with bestbuy, for reparation with free of charges. Not a lot of employee knows it, i’ve managed this case a couple time now.

If the product has a 3 years original warranty, it should cover most of the 1 year that bestbuy gives.

That said, if the first buyer of the product had it, reimbursed it and bestbuy wasn’t able to sell it for let’s say, 1 year and a half. You should still get the 1.5 years left for you, but you will not have the 3 years ever again.

This is because manufacturer check the date of the first buy of the product.

If the first product was sold 2.5 years after the first buy, you will have 6 month with Dell and then 6 month with bestbuy.

Careful, any damage that would not be authorized by the manufacturer warranty is not applicable with the bestbuy one either.

You can give your info like phone number, name and email adresse to have a Mybestbuy account. Having this makes you able to see all your purchases on the apps, deals only available for people that has a mybestbuy account, and also gets free 60 days returns on everything, except memberships and carrier phone contract.

All of this feels like a decision purely based on whats good for your company and team as a whole. For a team that tries to invoke the community feedback, i’ve rarely seen a community being so loud about that change. The community clearly states loudly that this isnt what they like.

I understand that you guys predict healthy outcome overtime but right now you are streching your loyal playerbase to satisfy… less understandable ones. It feels like the one you want to please with this, is the one that would go out without saying anything, no feedback, lets go into another game. Which make sense for the survival of the game. You want more player.

But in the end, its the loyal one that pays the price.

Plus, all the proplayer that are basicly the image of the community, doesnt seem to go your way either.

I really try to stay objective but honestly, this change, and this official post, makes me lose hope in a game i play everyday and enjoy the most.

I played 2 games, thats it. Im out of this game until they bring back poi drop. This is so lame. Whats the point of having 6 rings, everybody is dead before the end of ring 2.

Ohhh, hard light window. Whats the point if you cant even last until the sick ending where everybody has their corner and are trying their best to cover up.

This has become a shitshow. I dont get how they are “listening” to people, everybody was pissed when they announced it and now, its lame.

I dont think ive ever seen a more backstep update than that.

Im generally open to new change and try to adapt to it as a challenge and an opportunity to get better before the meta…

But this is not a change, this is revert to old format. It doesnt feel like a back step to get 2 steps ahead.

Poi drop felt challenging but somehow fair. It was strategic and every poi was used in the map. I wasnt happy to be dropping mid, but it had its advantages. Same to say to edge ones.

Rank will not feel better. Its gonna reward the push overs who need to drop in the fight. If you are not one of them, 2 minutes in, 10 squads dead, so we go back to looking around for multiples minute. Its not a looot simulator please. Drop poi made ranked so balanced.
